Swede Ginger was born out of a need to create and bring healing to a broken heart. Bronwyn had more than 20 years in healthcare as a registered nurse, but found her own health impacting her ability to work. During this time, she also experienced the breakdown of family relationships. * Despite these challenges, she has found joy and comfort in writing and illustrating. *You can read more about that here – Let me wear black today.
“I am always amazed how God speaks to me through the things I feel inspired to write and draw. He reminds me I am His and that He loves me deeply. That is the message I want to share with others – that they are known and loved by God. Life can be really tough and we all need to know where our hope comes from.
I want every one of our products to share this great hope both in the local community and globally. At present, I design and create all our Swede Ginger products. However, my dream is to build a community of artisans working together to create Christ-centered products globally.”
Her latest book, Sonshine for the Broken, includes a bit of her story and the hope found in Jesus. Purchase on Amazon.
My hope for this book is that readers will walk straight past me — into the arms of Jesus.
